To help you enjoy the best experience at Ibiss using Groupon, and for your protection, we would like to the advise of the following:
1-Every Groupon Voucher transaction must be verified against a master list, and also against the other branch's list. This could take as long as ten minutes at the point of purchase. If you would like to save time, please present your voucher upon entry so that this process can be initiated while you're trying on your items.
2-Also, we recommend having some extra time to spend in case there is a full-house.
3-We've added a 3rd fitting room in Santa Clara for convenience, but WG will have just two.
4-We've talked to several businesses that have done this, and the first two weeks are swamped. If you'll be redeeming this week and next, please make a note of that.
-For your protection,State Issued ID will be required for every Groupon voucher redemption.
-Vouchers are valid in-store only. We are unable to ship any items at this time.
-In accordance with the Groupon policy, we will not be applying additional discounts.
-In accordance with the Groupon policy, we will not be combining vouchers on one purchase.
-In accordance with the Groupon policy, we will not be issuing Cash or Store Credit back
-We are unable to hold items for any length of time due to higher volume (we sold about 5x expectation)
A few FAQ's that we copied from the Groupon page at the time of voucher purchase are listed below:
Expires 10/21/2010. Limit 2 per person. Limit 1 per visit. Exchanges only within 14 days with receipt and tags on.
"If I don't use the full value of the Groupon in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
